The Plantar Pad is a medically designed product used to help treat Plantar Fasciitis
With your big toe placed in an extended “stretch” over the crest of the Plantar Pad, perform controlled calf-raises. Perform the exercise every second day.

It is recommended that you consult your Physiotherapist or Podiatrist for guidance before starting any exercise programme. The provided programme may not be appropriate for everyone, you may have to modify the repetitions and exercises to suit you.
